A Fresh Approach to Wellness

Implementing change to improve the quality of your life takes courage. By being honest and accepting responsibility to practice self- care management is a daily choice exerting effort, because only you know how and what you are feeling at any present time.

We apply the 5 components in prevention based on core values of treating the whole person, encouraging optimal health and wholeness with adjustments based on regulating and restoring the balance within the body systems. Transition is achieved with baby steps acknowledging that the process takes time and is not a quick fix, but a lifestyle change.

Meet the Director

Hello, I’m Marsha and let me first say that I am committed to helping people realize their own potential and achieve optimum health! I’m a health strategist from The Bahamas who has a passion for health promotion and disease prevention.

After obtaining a BA degree in Biology at St. Leo College, Florida, I entered the educational system as a high school teacher after a few years moved into the hospitality arena. It was this exposure, while communicating with visitors who came to The Bahamas for restoration, that awoke a fire of my desire to begin this journey of helping myself and so many others.

Having the ability to serve and partner with clients in their quest to accomplish goals is still an inspiration even after so many years. I continued my research and studies in all things related to health and wellness, getting to know the human body more personally.
 Like the iceberg tip we see, it is mandatory to explore what is beneath the skin, The Wellness and Restoration evolving path is a vision that birth from the culmination that everything in the body is connected.

In my spare time, I love gardening, baking and walking the sandy beach collecting shells. I practice a holistic and wholesome approach to health and wellness, I look at how stress, lack of sleep and low energy can present some health setbacks in your daily routine. While I don’t dwell on restrictions, I do believe discipline is a conscious choice. 

I found that when you can set your own rules and not feel trapped into something, as human beings we tend to thrive abundantly, and that is my approach with my clients “Let’s do what works for you”, helping clients create their own blue print.
